Usage Environment

This product is an indoor display screen.
Avoid using in environments with high temperature, high humidity, or high acid/alkali/salt levels.
Keep away from flammable materials, gases, and dust during use.
The normal operating environment temperature for this product is -30°C to 60°C, with the optimal environment temperature being -10°C to 40°C.
The storage temperature is -40°C to 80°C. Avoid storage in environments with high temperature, high humidity, or high acid/alkali/salt levels. Store away from flammable and explosive materials.
Avoid strong impacts and collisions with sharp objects during transportation.

Operating Instructions

This product is powered by DC +5V. The use of AC power is strictly prohibited. Do not reverse the polarity of the power terminals.
If this product malfunctions within the warranty period, please return it to our company for repair, or perform repairs under the guidance of our after-sales personnel.
During the disassembly/assembly process, operate carefully and avoid tools hitting the product.
Implement lightning and electrostatic protection measures during operation and use. The cabinet and steel structure must be grounded.
During the use of this product, do not turn the power on and off continuously. There should be an interval of at least 30 seconds between such operations.
This product should not be left powered off for extended periods. It is recommended to use it at least once every half month, powering on for 4 hours each time. In high humidity environments, it is recommended to use it once a week, powering on for 4 hours each time.
This product should not display a full white screen at maximum brightness for more than half an hour continuously. It is recommended to primarily play dynamic videos.

Cleaning Instructions

When cleaning the module surface, please use a soft brush and gently brush it. The use of any corrosive liquid to clean the LED module surface is prohibited, as it may damage the LEDs.

Moisture Protection and Storage Requirements

After opening the package, SMD-LED products must be stored in an environment with a temperature <30°C and humidity <60%.
If the screen has not been used for more than 3 days, a preheating startup method must be used each time the screen is powered on: preheat at 30%-50% brightness for 4-8 hours first, then adjust to normal brightness (80%-100%) to power on the screen. This helps remove moisture to ensure normal operation.
If the screen has not been used for more than 7 days, a preheating startup method must be used each time the screen is powered on: preheat at 30%-50% brightness for more than 12 hours first, then adjust to normal brightness (80%-100%) to power on the screen. This helps remove moisture to ensure normal operation.
